IndiaNivesh Portfolio Management Services (PMS) is a SEBI-registered portfolio manager that aims at capital preservation and long-term wealth creation through the application of various PMS strategies and investment portfolio management solutions.

Our offering, the ‘SPROUT’ portfolio, focuses on well-managed small and micro-cap companies listed in India. These companies are analysed and selected for their strong and sustainable business models.

At IndiaNivesh, we believe that portfolio management services can add value to our clients’ portfolios since India is home to several small and micro-cap companies that are undiscovered and under-researched. Through our investment advisory team and our selection parameters, we aim to find companies that possess a robust and sustainable business model along with growth potential, managed by dynamic entrepreneurs.

Our investment process and PMS strategy include a thorough quantitative screening of companies, filtering out under-performing entities. Companies are assessed across various parameters including financials, business sustainability and their competitive edge over similar enterprises. We conduct an all-encompassing due diligence and monitor the companies rigorously post-investment.
